: * Chapter 11 Settled Izzy found himself in a hospital room. At first he thought he was dreaming but then he saw Macala's mom and dad and a bunch of police men. He said, "Ugggh, my head ." Everyone walks over and takes a seat. "Hey, what are you all doing here??" Izzy asked.” We have come to settle this once and for all." The Chief said very clear. Izzy pretended to act dumb. "Settle what?" He said. "Don't act dumb." The police said, “We all know why you're here." Izzy rolled his eyes. "You killed Macala, escaped out of the police station, and almost killed one of our officers." "So?" Izzy said. "Shouldn't that officer get fired? He almost killed ME!" "You killed someone already." Chief said, "You're going to jail. Besides, Officer Morgan saved my life when I fell in a lake. So he is not getting fired." Izzy tried to move so he could run away but he couldn't. "WHY CAN'T I MOVE!?" Izzy yelled. "You’re paralyzed now and you cannot move you legs." The father said with a very small smile on his face. Later, when Izzy got better, the police handcuffed Izzy and took him to the jail for sick people. The walls were puffy so Izzy wouldn't get hurt. There were nurses who brought food. They wheel chaired Izzy to his room the father wanted to be the one who locked Izzy's doors. The dad locked it real tight and said, "That's what you get!" He walked away and Izzy stayed in there for 67 years. He grew old there. * Chapter 12 Black tears ALLELUA, AAALELUAAH AALEEELUHEA Singing in a terrifying way. Tears on faces. Black vales on heads. All you can see it a great glory tomb with a loved one in it and black all around you flowers going in and out the tomb. Sadness every were. Wishing you can reverse the time just to in time to save that person. Thinking it’s your fault when really it’s not. Crying and screaming at each other why why why and being with your love ones. There I was looking at my own daughters body the one that I thought I would be taking care of from the sky not her to me. “Why her why not me why.” Mom said. Father hugging Macala’s body in the tomb saying “why didn’t I get there in time. “Why couldn’t I be there with you?” “I remember when you were a little girl you used to say that you wanted to fight crime like me.” “That you wanted to make peace.” “Why didn’t you fight back?” “Why?” Tears covering their clothing. Never thought this would happen.” “Why us why” said mom and dad. * Chapter 13 A new family begins with an old memory Mom and dad finally finding them selves in an adoption center place. They looked at hundreds of children all over town. Until they came to a poor adoption center called Family Starter. They only had 40 kids. They cam down to the last day they could adopt a child because in a week they were moving to Florida and it take at least 4 days to get the papers ready. So they were interviewing the last child her name was Sofia. The rest of the interviews were like 2 min. this interview was 2 hours. The associate said are you taking her since it’s been 2 hours already? “Ohh my it has been wow I did not realize that!” said the mom, the dad “said we will take her.” But then the mom said to the dad “But we don’t know for sure.” The dad said I know she is the one. Think about it she is just like macala when she was 8 and she looks like her too. She seems nice and they said she’s been here for 8 years. And the lady said that she’s never come out of an interview happy like she did with us! Come on Juliet. She’s perfect. She likes us as much as we like her. The mom giggling, ok ok ok you’ve made your point! We will take her. They filled out the form. The 4 days passed like a breeze. They went to Florida and there they had the best time. And so s new happy family was born with a horrible memory in their hearts.
