Danbo's " #1 Dad!"

Danbo, a little cardboard 'robot' loved his Dad very much, and they did many things together.....1) One day Danbo went for a walk by himself, thinking 'I'm big enough to know how to get home."..2)The sun was shining and he had a great time looking at everything.... 3)Then the sun went down and it became dark. Danbo was tired and thirsty, but he bravely kept trying to walk home... 4) The snow started falling and Danbo began to shake with cold and fear. Where was he? Would his Dad be able to find him?......5)The fog came down as well as the snow, and Danbo sternly told himself, "Dad always said to use your head, and not panic." SO HE DID!! He picked up his head and held it up high to see what he could see!... And there in the distance he saw his DAD!!....6) His dad ran down the road and picked up his little son and gave him a big hug. "I love you son, and I was so scared we wouldn't find you. But I did!"......7) Danbo put his tiny little hand in Dad's big one and they trudged along the road, all the way home............Created for Scrapland's "DANBO" Competition....20/11/11.
