Alice Iris

My name is Deiona Marie and I was born on November 2nd, 1982. Not only is that the year of The Care Bears, it's also the year the "Eye of the Tiger" song debuted. If you knew me, you'd know why that's a big deal to me. It's also a big deal to me that I had the Rainbow Bright Doll twice. She's always trying to save the world and just when you think she does, the show ends with "to be continued". For the most part, I am pretty boring, but, I am always trying to be humerous. I am a home-body, so I love interior decorating. I have never enjoyed going out to the clubs and have always preferred going out to dinner or a movie instead. My hobbies are computer grapics design and photography. When I am stressed out, I am either writing in my journal, doing what I call drawing online and/or putting a puzzle together. Most of the people in my family think I am a cross between Granny Simth and Mother Love (because she's always bringing up everyone else's business except for her own) and, a 10-13 year old who's childish. I also love astrology and I used to do tarot card readings. In one of my readings, I was called "the perpetual peter pan" which is someone who refuses to grow up. I responded as a right-brained person to 11 questions, and I responded as a left brained person to 8 questions. So, according to the Dominance test, I use the right side of my brain the most. I personally think that the Dominance test results prove that I am a well-balanced person. People who use the left side of their brain the most are more organized, perfectionist, and can control their feeling’s. They are also more serious than a right-brained person. I believe that people should use both sides of their brain and I agree with the results of the Dominance test because I think that I can be serious like most left-brained people and that I can also use my sense of humor like a person who is mostly right-brained. Right-brained people are humorous, creative, and they are also the dreamers who enjoy fantasy. Left-brained people are more serious and focus on reality. In 1997, I was voted “Most Serious” and “Class Clown” by my classmates for the 8th grade Mock Awards. I’ve always thought it was interesting that the people I spent most of my childhood year’s with had both of those perceptions of me. I graduated with about 60-100 student’s in the 8th grade who also voted me as the student with the “Best Excuses” and I think that a person who is left-brained is more verbal than a person who’s right-brained. I am a good mixture of both.
