Sometimes i just want to scream

You ever have one of those days, where you just want to let everything out, that is all penned up inside of you? well i do, especially when it gets to the place,where i dont know what to do. Do you have those times too? where everything just piles up, and there is no real reason, but you just feel like letting it all out.
