Happy Birthday to those born in August. This month there are no real Holidays about the closest I could come was to Sister's Day on August 7th. Honoring sisters past of present. Also, this month is the second most popular month for Weddings just behind June which is the start of summer and August because it is the end of summer with many schools starting this month although others still wait until September or after Labor Day. So with that not many others to put on. Thus not many things going except perhaps vacations but didn't show that either... August has two birthday flowers the gladiolus and the poppy. The pink poppies were from my parents garden. I took the photo several years ago and created a "stamp or tube" out of it. Also one needs a birthday cake and some ice cream. Several years ago I painted the ice cream picture I cut out the ice cream on the computer (I still have the original artwork) and made it into a "stamp aka tube" to use as well. This month one of the foods for the month are peaches which can be seen in the bottom center and by the lady playing the piano. Oh yes, there has to be, at least one gift for the day. Your Birthstone is the peridot found on the lady playing the piano. Some in the very front and some at the top. Wishing you a very Happy Birthday with all kinds of good things and lots of goodies.
