Alamo Christmas

This is Alamo my current foster dog. He is a 6 month old lab/golden mix. He was rescued after being hit by a car. His pelvis was shattered, a femur in a hind leg was broken, and his right front leg was also broken at the 'elbow'. The rescue was advised to put him down as his injuries were not repairable. They refused and finally found a specialist willing to fix this baby. His 1st surgery was successful. He can now walk around and is off activity restriction. He still limps some, and we have to watch that his sphincter and intestines function properly, but for now he can just be a dog and play. In January he goes back in to see how he is doing and if further surgery(s) are needed.
