There are so many evil vile beings in this world hell bent on pushing others down. When you have invisible disabilities, you see it more than others sometimes. Today I had a bad day and all people were doing were criticising me and putting my poor mum down and stuff. I don't get why people have to be so negative. It doesn't help the person who suffers, it only enhances their suffering. Today my message is loud and clear; we need to start learning how to take care of others in a positive light. Instead of being negative and selfish, be supportive and enlightening. I only want to spread the good word even though all the bad has happened to me today and last week. Doesn't take effort being a good person. Just little things that help. Talking to someone is a good enough start. Hopefully I've spread the word of the day. Have a good one folks!
