Tihon was a 4 year old male orca who lived at the Center for Adaptation of Marine Mammals in Russia. He was captured in Russia in August 2018. Tihon was among 12 orcas illegally captured in Russia in 2018. Because of this, he was being kept at the Center until the investigation concluded. Little is known about Tihon. He was released on August 6, 2019 along with Gaika and Zoya. The three seem to have stayed together after release.
