Rose Girl [for fevaca]

I've made this blingee 2 times. The first time I've had a different idea for this blingee but the effects weren't working as I wanted them to, so I deleted it. This is the second one and it looks totally different from the first version ,and somehow I like it better. It's funny how sometimes when you delete a blingee and think that you cannot possibly make it any better, you try again and you just suddenly make something totally different but instead of deleting it you discover that "hey, that actually looks pretty cool". lol In fact, it happens to me very often but I don't mind.
