This is in memorium to you, Sweetheart. You were a wonderful daughter, sister, friend, wife and mother. You worked as a Registered Nurse tirelessly for years, savng countless people in CCU (Cardiac Care Unit) even through your sicknesses of Chronic Pancreatitis, Crohn's Disease, Ankylosing Spondilitis and finally Liver Disease which took you from us. You are forever in our hearts and minds, and so you live on here with us. Rest peacefully until we will one day meet again in the sky. We Love you, Your sister, Maddi
