We three kings of Orient are bearing gifts we travel so far, fields and fountains more and mountains following yonder star. O' star of wonder star of night star with royal beauty bright westward leading still proceeding guide us to they perfect light. Symbolism in picture. The dove represents Jesus as the holy spirit descended on Jesus as a dove, the star of course is for the star the wise-men followed, then on the left is a box representing the gift of myrrh, candles for the light Jesus brought into a dark world, the next is a Frankincense holder with a red rose showing Jesus and his passion for us the last after the second group of candles is Gold with holy on top showing the crown of throns and the red berry as drops of his precious blood. The God is also in the background and the gold frame. And of course the little wise-men in the center.. in this case children as if in a re-enactment of the most wonderful historic life changing event in human history the birth of Jesus and those that brought their famous gifts. I used these in this one because Jesus said "let the children come unto me." May the season of Christmas and Epiphany continue in our hearts all year through. Connie
