Der volkstümliche Vatertag wird in Deutschland am christlichen Feiertag "Christi Himmelfahrt" gefeiert. Der Vatertag findet im Jahr 2022 deshalb am 26. Mai statt. International wird der Vatertag meist im Juni begangen. Christi Himmelfahrt bezeichnet bei Christen den Glauben an die Rückkehr des Jesus von Nazareth als Sohn Gottes zu seinem Vater in den Himmel. ********************************************************************* The popular Father's Day is celebrated in Germany on the Christian holiday "Ascension Day".
