     Ok, I think it’s time to tell you guys a little about myself.   First off, to explain why I’m being so formal in my writiJng is that, I believe in first impressions.  When I start getting to know you I will type like a regular person.  I love writing poetry.  It’s what I do to relax. Uh,  Uh, I live in New York.  Note-> It is NOT the best place in the U.S.A.  Sorry to disappoint you.  Sorry if I’m boring you.

Ice feathers fall from the sky
Coating the ground below
Yet no one stops to wonder why
The winter chooses snow

Is it because the first snow
Is such a beautiful sight?
Or is it because it lets people know
What’s wrong from what is right?

Is it because snow’s like a blanket for the world
That keeps us safe from any harm that just might occur?
Or is it because bad feelings are suddenly set aside
So Christmas Eve and Day will be a paradise?

One thing is for sure, though
It will snow every year
And when it’s the season’s time to show
Watch for those ice feathers, my dear

Happy new year's
It's 2010
It's a time for change
For the better
You want to turn your life around
So you make a resolution
You keep it for the for first few days
But then you go into a daze

You are no where near
Reaching your goals
You're so far away it hurts
You try to get back on track
But you're already so far off
Your head is spinning
You try to pick a direction to go in
But you already have... The wrong one...

But keep moving ,Don't give up
Keep flying ,You'll reach the sky
Keep running, you'll beat time
Keep swiming, you'll reach the end of the sea
Keep moving, keep trying
You'll grow your wings and fly
All you have to do is try
And you'll succeed

I was told to write a love poem 12/27/09

I was told to write a love poem
But I'm unsure on what to do
For how can you write about something that hasn't happened to you
I could say that in love there isn't a single goodbye
I could say that love is true, but I don't like to lie
I could go on and on about how love is magical and beautiful
And that it's the one thing in the world that is plentiful
But love is scarce and rare
It's hard to find true love anywhere
Now we throw around 'i love you's like pebbles on the ground
When we know love is hard to be found
We talk about love like it's easy, but is it?
Love is like a bride you have to build bit by bit
Once you build the bridge you can cross
But then you find out that your love isn't there waiting and a note  that says 'your loss'
Today I was told to write a love poem
But I'm not sure what to do
Because how can you write about something that hasn't happened to you?
It turns out I do know about love, the truth
And now I'm happy because I shared it with you
