I have no experience with "Anime" applications and artistic endeavors, however, I decided it was time to give it a shot! Who said "you can't teach an old dog new tricks?"!
This Anime Fairy I found online (somewhere, I don't recall where!)...and enhanced the image detail/clarity, hue/saturation, contrast/brightness..all using "PhotoFiltre 7" software/freeware. The animation sequences cover the color spectrum in a series of images with a 50 millisecond delay between images, using "GIMP" software/freeware and saved as a GIF (.gif) animation sequence in loop format with image adjusted to 400X400 pixels. I had fun making it, I hope you have fun using and watching it!
